    Software Engineer
    Seeking experienced Software Engineer with VR/XR development experience.  Will be working within the medical device industry on leading edge technology.  Position will entail analysis, design, development and testing using React, Unity, Rust, OpenXR technologies.

    Must haves:
    • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
    • Proficient in software applications for VR headsets as well as mobile applications for Android and iOS
    • Hands on experience with React Native, Unity, and Rust frameworks
    • Ability to debug complex, multi component systems end-to-end
    • Strong documentation and technical communication skills
    • Familiarity with XR SDKs (e.g., OpenXR, HTC VIVE SDKs, Oculus/Meta SDKs, SteamVR)
    • Experience with performance optimization for real time or low latency systems
    • Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, or device testing)

    Nice to haves:
    • Experience working in cross functional product teams
    • Agile / iterative development experience
    • Experience with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, including protocols, device pairing, data streaming
    • Familiarity with app store release processes (e.g., Google Play / App Store)
