Responsibilities
Interact with customer’s employees, their management personnel and their customers on a daily basis providing best in class levels of customer service
Adhere to program directives as communicated by client and customer
Provide Sales and Marketing Support to customer
Provide Customer training as required
Assist customers in ensuring recommended consumables are in stock. Tasks include supporting organization, cleanliness, and inventory management of consumables
Perform basic equipment and software installation, removal, product and site aesthetics/cleaning, and project-related activities
Evaluate equipment condition and provide reports
Interact and work with internal field representatives to ensure best in class service
Maintain professional appearance based on Company policy
Follow proper safety procedures at all times
Travel to multiple customer locations on a daily basis
Perform daily data entry into multiple applications as required
Schedule customer visits according to a variety of indicators and at the direction of our customers’ needs
REQUIRED:
High School diploma or equivalent
3-5 year customer service
Outgoing personality
1 year of administration experience
Excellent driving record
Experience with daily travel that includes long distances
Technical aptitude with cell phones and internet
PREFERRED:
iPhone and Google Workspace Suite knowledgeable
1 year of retail or merchandising field service experience
