SALES OPERATIONS DATA ANALYST The Sales Operations Data Analyst provides essential analytical, operational, and administrative support to the Strategic Sales & Business Development team. This position manages the division’s recurring reporting infrastructure by pulling and structuring SAP data, updating sales and category dashboards, and delivering first-pass performance analysis that enables leadership to focus on strategic decision-making. In addition to analytical responsibilities, you will coordinate key operational processes—including contracts, invoices, vendor setup, price lists, and credit notes—while maintaining the organizational systems the sales team depends on across Notion, HubSpot, and shared documentation. Working primarily with the Senior Strategic Sales Manager and sales team, you will ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, professional presentation quality, and reliable operational follow-through. This role serves as the central operational and analytical anchor of SSBD, ensuring the team runs efficiently and leadership is fully supported in both daily execution and long-range planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
•3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, reporting, or an analyst-oriented support role within a fast-paced commercial environment. •Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and dealer-level data and produce clear, actionable first-pass insights. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, standardized data cleaning, and working with large datasets. •Experience pulling, exporting, and preparing reports from SAP (sales, open orders, and backorders) or a comparable ERP system. •Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to build structured, professional, leadership-ready presentations. •Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous deadlines and maintaining accurate documentation. •High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency across reporting, formatting, and documentation. •Comfort working with tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Commerce Intelligence, and Notion—or the ability to learn these systems quickly.
