Integrity Consulting was founded in February 1998 as a Professional and Technical Staffing and Consulting firm. The founders were experienced professionals, each with experience as contract and permanent employees for large corporations with roles that involved management, contracts, technology, methodology, recruiting, human resources, and more . This background and a first-hand understanding of the various contracting roles and work environments has been an asset in understanding client needs and finding the right types of well-rounded professionals to meet them.
Over the years, Integrity has honed its recruiting process into a proven, successful and repeatable system. Clients began to ask for help within other disciplines. As we began to use our knowledge of screening, understanding client's needs and finding good fits, success in these other areas soon followed. Today, we serve clients across the United States, providing professionals to clients in many industries from North Carolina to California and Florida to Maine.
