• Integrity will make reasonable industry standard efforts to search for candidates, conduct screening and present candidates to Company utilizing various methods.
• Company must include the following information: Company name, title of position, desired salary range of position, complete job description and an authorized signature.
• Company agrees to pay Integrity $495 at the beginning of the search. This will be invoiced shortly after the search is initiated and due upon receipt.
• Company agrees to pay Integrity an additional $1500 if a candidate submitted through this process is hired within six months of date submitted. Company agrees to notify Integrity of any offers accepted.
• If fees are not paid in 30 days, Integrity will charge a 5% late fee. If fees are not paid within 60 days Integrity will charge a late fee of 10% and can take legal action within Guilford County, NC and court costs will be paid by Company.
• Company agrees to inform Integrity within 2 business days if they close the position for any reason.
• Integrity will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, marital status, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Integrity does not guarantee in any way that your company will find a candidate that gets hired.
• Integrity reserves the right to refuse to work on any position and will notify you within 2 business days.
• This agreement only governs the specific job search listed below. Any other agreements between Integrity and Company are not changed by this agreement.
• Integrity will work on position until all reasonable efforts have been exhausted.
• This agreement is good for two (2) months from date of signature.
